PSL Engineering Pvt. Lid. (PSL) is a part of the US$ 500 million Fedders Lloyd Group. The Group comprises several companies involved in manufacturing of Air Conditioners, Chillers, Heat Exchangers and Radiators. The group is also into Scaffolding & Frame work, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Structural Steel Fabrication and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). Initiated in the sixties to trap imperative defence requirements, PSL actuated to establish itself in' execution of specialized sheet metal plate fabrication and heavy structural fabrication. The company has a state of the art manufacturing plant at Maneri Jabalpur (M.P.), spread over 35 Acres.

Modular Trailer Division

PSL has forged a technical collaboration with Shanghai Fulangjie Import & Export Company Limited which is a subsidiary of Hubei Tiandi Heavy Duty Industrial Group Co. Ltd. This collaboration allows up to manufacture and market shipyard transporter, special purpose modular trailers that are used in mega construction and transportation of over dimensional cargos. Hubei Tiandi Heavy Duty Industrial Group Company Limited of China has expertise in manufacturing heavy duty transport equipment & heavy duty project construction machinery. The company supplies to clients based in India (TCI, SFC), W (ALE), South Korea (Hyundai Heavy Industries), Middle East, Canada, Argentina, and South East Asian countries.

Structural Steel Fabrication Div.

PSL facility to fabricate structural steel components is one of the best facilities available in India with latest CNC machines for profile cutting, drilling, sawing and welding. This plant can fabricate any type of steel supporting structure required for Industrial Projects, Bridges, Viaducts and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The CNC machines are capable to carry out all main operations involved in structural steel fabrication in one single phase with optimization in material handling and production with accuracy.

Manned by a team of qualified professionals, plant can deliver best of the quality in shortest possible time. In house team for designing and detailing provides one stop solution for industry requirements.

PSL products have been widely accepted by all major customers in Power Sector, EPC Contractors, Indian Railways and PEB Contractors. Company is also targeting to export its products to perspective customers in US, Australia, France, Middle East and other countries.

PSL is capable of fabricating more than 1500 MT of steel per month and this capacity is expected to increase beyond 3000 MT per month, by end of 2010.
